Job Description 

• Strong knowledge of various commercial vehicle systems and functions.

• Proficiency with commercial vehicle CAN communication protocols and CAN analysis tools such as Vector CANalyzer.

• Hands-on experience with automotive electrical and electronics development and diagnostic tools.

• Familiarity with vehicle controller software toolchains such as Engineering Tool and Prosit.

• Experience working with next-generation sensor technology.

• Knowledge of wiring harness manufacturing processes and use of repair tools.

• Skilled in commercial vehicle EE troubleshooting.

• Expertise with ECU flashing processes.

• Expertise in DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes), including reading, interpreting data logs, and conducting root cause analysis.

• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

• Strong hands-on abilities are essential.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial vehicle system verification and/or EE system design.

• MSEE degree preferred.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to manufacturing sites in Macungie, PA.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
