Stellenbeschreibung

Verantwortung für gesamten Einkaufsprozess hinsichtlich Anfragen- und Angebotsabwicklung, Verhandlungen, Bestellungen und Kontrakte für deutsch- und englischsprachige Projekte für Materialien und Bauteile
Durchführung von Ausschreibungen in Kooperation mit dem Fachbereich, Erstellung und Pflege von globalen/lokalen Lieferantenportfolios, Durchführung von Verhandlungen und Vertragserstellung, inkl. Termin- und Kennzahlentracking
Vertretung der Einkaufsinteressen in interdisziplinären Teams
Selbstständige Organisation und Durchführung von Lieferantenworkshops
Durchführung von Beschaffungsmarktanalysen und Ableitung der unternehmensorientierten Sourcing-Strategien
Proaktive Identifizierung von Kostenreduzierungsmaßnahmen, aktive Mitarbeit bei Prozessoptimierungen und Einbringung von Ideen
Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme des Aufgabenbereichs nach abgeschlossener Einschulungsphase und laufender Unterstützung durch Mentoring

Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossene technische/kaufmännische Ausbildung (LAP, HTL/HAK, FH/TU/Uni)
Einkaufserfahrung von Vorteil, vorzugsweise in einem Produktionsbetrieb
Technisches Grundverständnis
Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (besonders Excel), SAP von Vorteil
Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen, Lieferanten und Kunden
Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsstärke und Resilienz
Verhandlungsgeschick
Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft

Zusätzliche Informationen:

Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen € 2.891,-- und € 3.729,-- brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.).
