Quality Support – Production Line (Railway Industry, On-site in Bautzen, Germany)

Important:
📍 This position requires on-site work at the client’s facility in Bautzen, Germany.
About the Role
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to support quality control on our production lines. You will help ensure that each product meets the highest standards through inspections, documentation, and coordination with the assembly teams.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality checks during production, including torque verification
Follow inspection plans and quality procedures
Create and maintain production quality documentation
Identify and report issues (Non-Conformance Reports – NCRs)
Analyze root causes of defects and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with assembly teams to resolve quality issues
Qualifications
Requirements
Experience in quality control or production (preferred)
Ability to work in a 2-shift system (morning/afternoon)
Strong attention to detail and teamwork
Willingness to be on-site in Germany
