Chassis Simulation Engineer

Job Description

Chassis Simulation Expertise: Apply technical knowledge to perform and oversee various chassis simulation tasks.
Task Understanding: Actively participate in meetings to comprehend simulation objectives and requirements.
Data Gathering: Collect and organize all necessary data for assigned simulation tasks.
Model Preparation: Prepare simulation models, including mesh creation and model definition.
Simulation Execution: Submit simulation jobs, troubleshoot issues (e.g., convergence problems), and resolve errors to ensure successful completion.
Quality Assurance: Perform error checks and verify the accuracy of simulation results.
Postprocessing: Analyze simulation outcomes, extract relevant insights, and prepare comprehensive reports.
Result Presentation: Clearly communicate findings and results to stakeholders through presentations and discussions.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in a technical field
Good knowledge of Simulation & CAE programs
Mandatory Experience: PAMCRASH
Nice to have experience: ANSA, Abaqus, Hyperview Optistruct, Hypermesh, Meta, FEMFAT (Fatigue), Scripting language
Experience dealing with Excel macros
Excellent communication skills in English
